2011 was one of the best years I've ever even heard about. My life went from full of wonder to full of joy and fulfillment in the course of just one year. Not only did my business raise its first round of outside funding and currently employs more people than ever, but my personal life has also exponentially progressed in every aspect possible. I got married, bought a new home, got a puppy, and on the last day of this wonderful year, had a beautiful baby girl. What is so amazing about all of this is that less than 18 months ago I thought that only one of these life changing events would be possible by the end of 2011. Suddenly, everything began to fall into place. What a wonderful way to finish off an incredible year with the birth of my first child. Abigail MaKenzie Helvin blessed us with her presence at 4:46 AM on December 31, 2011 - weighing in at 6 lb. 5 oz. and measuring 20.5 inches.
